Magical History Tour: May 5, 1969

Today in Beatles history, 1969, the U.S. saw the release of the single "Get Back" (A-side) and "Don't Let Me Down" (B-side).  Within a week, the Department of Motor Vehicles in Tuscon was flooded with young men named "Jo-Jo" looking to have their California licenses transferred, citing direct and explicit orders from Paul McCartney himself.  The DMV employees explained, of course, that such orders should be immediately considered suspect, since Paul McCartney had been dead for years.
